Spirits were high during our Catholic United Financial Raffle drawing earlier this week! Our amazing students and families raised over $20,000 for HFA, and several lucky winners were rewarded with prizes ranging from Nickelodeon Universe Tickets to a karaoke performance from a teacher.
Remember when it felt like spring was coming?Earlier this week, some of our Montessori Kindergarten students went on a nature walk, where they had the opportunity to observe the natural world and record their findings in journals (before everything got covered in snow, of course).
Students, faculty and staff at Holy Family Academy celebrated the gift of Catholic education with special activities including dodgeball and a costume contest during the last week in January.
We had the great joy of hosting our students' grandparents and special guests for a Grandparents Day celebration complete with classroom visits, class performances, a photo booth, and more! Sts. Joachim & Ann, pray for our grandparents!
A shared spirit of gratitude and patriotism lit up Holy Family Academy on November 11 as students and staff presented a special reception for veterans, persons in active duty and their families.
In a beautiful display of devotion to the Blessed Mother, Holy Family Academy’s third and fourth grade classes attended the Archdiocese Children’s Rosary Pilgrimage at the Cathedral of St. Paul on Oct. 7, the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.
We cordially invite our veterans to join us at 8 am Mass on November 11. There will be a flag procession before Mass and a celebration with treats and a musical performance after Mass in Moorman Hall. Please share this signup with the veterans in your life so we can thank them for their service. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0448AFAA2DA31-20228
