Mother's Prayer Groups with the Handmaids

The Handmaids are starting small groups on prayer open to HFA moms beginning the month of November. The first week's meetings will be held on November 2, November 4 and November 5.

There is no need to sign up; please come with your Bible and a prayer journal or notebook on the day and time that works best for you. 

All groups will meet in the Saints Peter and Paul room in the new addition. 

Groups will be held at the following times:
Tuesdays: 9:15 am - 10:15 am
Wednesdays: 9:15 am - 10:15 am (best group for moms who do not need childcare)
Fridays: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Please note we have offered various times in order that you will have flexibility in finding your own childcare; HFA is not able to provide childcare on site. 

The format for these prayer groups will be simple: a short talk on tools for prayer, time to actually pray (and what busy mother doesn't need 20 minutes of quiet prayer time once a week?) and a time at the end to share graces of prayer (15 - 20 minutes). 

When you arrive, please sign in at the front office before heading down to the Saints Peter and Paul room.
